It seem that they are only cheaters!

Me and my lawyers are going today to report them to FBI, INTERPOL, Russian Police and VISA.

If someone says that, it's a scam from the very start, so discontinue using them at once. Waiting more for your money by continuing to send them traffic, will just increase their revenue, with nothing for you in return.
